From a single vineyard planted in the hills of Asti in 1929. The wine is treated like a top Barolo, as it is given a forty-five day maceration during the fermentation, and then aged at least two and a half years in large, old oak barrels prior to bottling. This wine is capable of aging very well for twenty to twenty-five years after its release. It stays for many years fresh, young and succulent, with impressive complexity and depth.

Masi has been run by the Boscaini family for the past six generations, and their wines are rooted in tradition, representing the classic Venetian styles. This Amarone is made by drying the grapes on bamboo racks throughout winter, after which the dried berries undergo a very long fermentation period of around 80 days in a mixture of steel vats and Slavonian oak barrels. Immensely full-bodied and complex, with intense and mature dry fruit aromas.

Mancini’s Sangiovese grows on the coastal hills of the San Bartolo Natural Park in the far north of the Marche region. The cool microclimate and the sandy soils of the coastal cliffs imbue this Sangiovese with distinctive characteristics versus those produced further south. Grapes were handharvested and transported to the winery in a mobile cooling cellar. This Sangiovese is Juicy, crunchy, appetizing, with flavours of elderberry and mulberry, and a lovely sweetness mid-palate.

This small, high-altitude estate in the Radda microzone is one of the historic names in Tuscany, and it's where the late Sergio Manetti led the Renaissance of Tuscan wine in the 1970s and '80s. Le Pergole Torte is one of the top Supertuscans, and the Montevertine Rosso is one of the most enjoyable Chiantis made today. The removal follows for at least 24 months in small Oak barrels. The wine has a deep-dark ruby colour which reaches a warm garnet tone with increasing age. His Bouquet reminds of violet and raspberries, with marks of spices, vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth he is dry, warm, full and very rich in body.
